Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem dřevostavby rodinného domu v k.ú. Andovce, okres Nové Zámky, Slovenská Republika. Dům s garáží je samostatně stojící v nově vznikající zástavbě. Je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. V domě se nachází samostatná provozovna s vlastním vstupem. Objekt je dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepený. Střecha rodinného domu je nad obytnou částí sedlová a nad garáží plochá s atikou. Dům je navržen jako rámová konstrukce, opláštěná sádrovláknitými deskami Fermacell. This bachelor thesis deals with desing of timber frame house situated in the catastral unit Andovce, region Nové Zámky, Slovak Republic. It is a detached house with garage standing in a newly created resident area. It is designed for a family of four. There is an individual working place with separate entrance. The house has two floors without basement. Saddle roof is placed above living space of family house and garage has flat roof with attic. House is designed as a timber frame construction covered with gypsum fibreboard Fermacell.
