Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací rezidenčního objektu určeného pro 4-člennou rodinu. Dům je situován na území Jihomoravského kraje v obci Pavlov, katastrální území Pavlov u Dolních Věstonic. Objekt je navržen jako roubená stavba, kde svislé konstrukce jsou navrženy jako masivní dřevěné roubené stěny a vodorovné konstrukce jsou navrženy jako dřevěné trámové stropy. Hlavní objekt je zastřešen sedlovou střechou. Přilehlé objekty garáž s terasou jsou oba zastřešeny pultovou střechou. Konstrukce šikmé střechy je vaznicová soustava s hambálkem. The bachelor thesis deals with project documentation of residential building for four members family. The house is situated in the South Moravian Region in the village of Pavlov, cadastral territory of Dolní Věstonice. The building is designed as a timbered construction. The vertical constructions are designed as a massive timbered walls and horizontal constructions are designed as wood-beamed ceilings. The main object is covered with a gable roof. Adjacent buildings - garage and terrace are both roofed shed roof . Construction of pitched roof is purlin system with collar beams.
