Bakalářská práce předkládá návrh výrobní technologie plastového nosiče informace, který je vyráběn pomocí technologie vstřikování plastů do formy. V obecné literární studii jsou rozebrány plastové materiály a technologie vstřikování plastů. V praktické části práce je vybrán materiál plastového nosiče informace. Z vypočítaných technologických parametrů je vytvořen konstrukční návrh vstřikovací formy a zvolen vhodný vstřikovací lis. Na závěr je provedeno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení, kde je vypočítán náklad na výrobu jednoho kusu plastového nosiče informace. This bachelor's diploma thesis presents a proposal for the production technology of plastic carrier information, which is produced using injection molding technology. In the general literary study, plastic materials and injection molding technologies are analyzed. In the practical part of the thesis, the material of the plastic carrier information is selected. From the calculated technological parameters, the design of the injection mold is created and a suitable injection-molding machine is selected. Finally, a technical-economic evaluation is carried out, in which the cost of producing one piece of plastic carrier information is calculated.
