Práca sa zaoberá analýzou súčasného stavu zavážacieho zariadenia so zameraním na jeho slabé miesta a použité materiály a návrh nového spôsobu prepojenia častí zariadenia, tiež návrhu spôsobu utesnenia jednotlivých častí a voľbe materiálov s nízkou indukciou aktivity. Ďalej sú tu zobrazené a popísané niektoré spôsoby spojenia potrubí a ich použitie. Tiež sa tu nachádzajú zobrazené a popísané druhy tesnení. V práci je vypracovaná analýza vhodných materiálov v podmienkach reaktoru bolo potrebné vypracovať analýzu prvkov vybraných zliatin a ich reakcie na pomalé tepelné elektróny a rýchle elektróny. Na základe tejto analýzy a iných vlastností boli vybrané príslušné zliatiny. V poslednej časti práce je v krátkosti obsiahnutá aj téma predĺženia zariadenia, či spôsob merania rýchlosti transportu. The thesis deals with the contemporary status of a loading device, specially focusing on its weak points and used materials and a design of a new way of connecting parts of the device. It also concerns the means of sealing each individual parts and the choice of materials with low induction of radioactivity. There are shown and described some ways of connection of pipelines, where this is used, in the thesis. In the thesis there are also described various types of sealants. For proper material application in the reactor enviroment, it was necessary to conduct an analysis of components of chosen alloys and their reaction to slow heat electrons and fast electrons. Based on this analysis and other properties, the right alloys were chosen. In the last part of the thesis, there is briefly included the topic of prolonging devices and the way of meassuring the speed of transport.
