Práce se zabývá tématem kontaktních alergických onemocnění sester a jejich vliv na ošetřovatelskou péči. Objasňuje situaci na oddělení JIP a RES z hlediska výskytu podrážděné pokožky a alergických reakcí u sester, jaké rukavice mají k dispozici, jejich názor na přístup managementu. Zabývá se otázkou hygienické péče o ruce v pracovním procesu, znalostí pravidel bariérové péče a jak kontaktní onemocnění ovlivňuje profesní kariéru sester. The thesis addresses the topic of contact allergic diseases suffered by nurses and their impact on nursing care. It shows the situation in intensive care and resuscitation care units in terms of occurrence of irritated skin and allergic reactions at nurses, describes what gloves they have at their disposal, and represents their opinions of the managementś attitude. It discusses the issue of hygienic care of hands at work, familiarity with the barrier care rules and the manner how contact diseases influence the career of nurses.
