Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat a porovnat statistiky pracovních úrazů, najít nedostatky a navrhnout možná řešení těchto nedostatků pro Českou republiku. Analýza a porovnání statistik je zaměřena na Českou republiku a okolních státy, kterými jsou Slovensko, Polsko, Německo a Rakousko v letech 2015-2020. Dále se diplomová práce zaměřuje na činnost inspekce práce. Zde je také provedena analýza a porovnání činnosti v České, Slovenské, Polské a Rakouské republice v letech 2015-2020. The purpose of this diploma thesis is to analyze and compare statistics of work accidents, to find shortcomings and to suggest possible solutions to these shortcomings for the Czech Republic. The analysis and comparison of statistics is focused on the Czech Republic and neighboring countries, which are Slovakia, Poland, Germany and Austria in 2015-2020. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the activities of labor inspection. There is also an analysis and comparison of activities in the Czech, Slovak, Polish and Austrian Republics in 2015-2020.
