Obsahem diplomové práce je navržení podnikatelského plánu pro obchod se spodním prádlem v menším městě na jižní Moravě. Samotná práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je věnována teoretických východiskům, o která se práce bude opírat. Druhá část se zaměřuje na analýzu trhu a okolí podniku, na kterou navazuje část poslední, která je již věnována samotnému podnikatelskému plánu. The thesis contains a draft business plan of lingerie shop in a small town in southern Moravia. The thesis is dividend into three parts. The first part is devoted to theoretical solutions on which the work wil be based. The second part focuses on market analysis and business environment, which is connected to the last part, which is devoted to business plan.
