Práce se zabývá výrobou bioetanolu s produkcí 500 až 2000 t etanolu za rok. Teoretická část obsahuje popis procesu výroby bioetanolu z běžně dostupných surovin, způsoby výroby bioetanolu a zátěž legislativními předpisy a směrnicemi. Praktická část obsahuje konkrétní návrh výrobny bioetanolu s produkcí 2000 t etanolu za rok. Thesis deals with production of bio-ethanol from 500 to 2000 tons of etanol per year. The theoretical part contains a description of the production process of bioethanol from commonly available materials, the production way of bioethanol and the burden of legislative regulations and directives. The practical part includes a concrete proposal of factory on of bioethanol production 2000 tons of ethanol per year.
