V bakalárskej práci bol popísaný obecný princíp fungovania optickej pasce, spolu s rôznymi možnosťami vytvorenia optickej pinzety. Taktiež bola popísaná funkcia a hlavné parametre holografických mikroskopov s mimoosovým achromatickým a priestorovo invariantným interferometrem. Boli navrhnuté, podrobne popísané a prepočítané dva varianty laserovej pinzety pripojiteľnej ku koherenciou riadenému holografickému mikroskopu druhej generácie, ktorý bol skonštruovaný na ÚFI VUT v Brne. Bola spravená ich optimalizácia v programe ZEMAX. Pre vybraný návrh bol vytvorený 3D model v programe Autodesk Inventor PROFESSIONAL 2010. In the Bachelor's thesis, there was described the general principle of operation of the optical trap, along with various options for creating optical tweezers. The function and the main parameters of holographic microscope with the off-axis achromatic and spatially invariant interferometer were described, too. Two variations of laser tweezers connectable to coherence-controlled second generation holographic microscope were described in detail, calculated and designed at IPE VUT. The optimization of the two variations was performed in the software ZEMAX. A 3D model in the Autodesk Inventor PROFESSIONAL 2010 was created for the chosen design.
