Projekt se zabývá návrhem pavlačového bytového domu s koncentrací myšlenek na sociologický aspekt bydlení, pospolitostní vztahy, pocity sounáležitosti a soudržnosti. Objekt se nachází na jihozápadním cípu nové čtvrti Trnitá a nabízí ideovou vizi architektonické práce se zamýšleným kompaktním městem. The project deals with the design of a loggia apartment building with a concentration of ideas on the sociological aspect of housing, common relations, feelings of belonging and cohesion. The building is located at the southwestern tip of the new district Trnitá and offers an ideological vision of architectural work with the intended compact city.
