Práce je zaměřena na analýzu rizik pomocí risk managementu ve vybrané firmě. Nejprve jsem vybranou společnost TSE spol. s r.o. obecně popsala. Poté jsem analyzovala rizika vyplývající z činnosti společnosti pomocí rizikové zprávy. Na základě analýzy jsem vytvořila návrh nabídky pojištění majetku a odpovědnosti. Po konečném srovnání pěti významných pojišťoven jsem společnosti doporučila pojišťovnu Allianz, a.s, která kryje všechna potřebná rizika. The work is focused on risk analysis, using the risk management in the selected company. First I generally described the chosen TSE spol. s r.o. company. Then I analysed the risks resulting from the activities of the company with risk reports. On the basis of the analysis, I created a draft offer property insurance and liability. After the final comparison of the five major insurance companies, I recommended Allianz, a.s. insurance company that covers all the necessary risks.
