Cílem práce na téma "Analýza zvoleného podniku a návrh možný řešení" je provést analýzu produkce k deskripci procesu poskytování služeb. Marketingový mix, jehož prostřednictvím se společnost snaží dosáhnout vytyčených cílů na trhu. Porterův model pěti sil pro zmapování konkurenčního prostředí a SWOT analýzu pro komplexní popis situace podniku. Na základě výsledků provedených analýz a získaných informací jsou navrženy změny vedoucí ke zlepšení současného stavu. The aim of the work on the topic "Analysis of the selected company and suggestion of possible solutions" is to analyze the production, to be able to descibe the process of providing services. The marketing mix, through which the company seeks to achieve the objectives set out in the market. Porter's five forces model is for mapping the competitive environment and SWOT analysis is for a comprehensive description of the firm's position. Based on the results of analyzes and information gathered, there are suggested changes to improve the current situation.
