Má bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem vedení a řízení stavební firmy v Kazachstánu. V teoretické části jsem definovala základní pojmy a jejich definice, které úzce souvisejí se stavebnictvím a managementem. Základem praktické části jsou 4 výzkumné otázky, které jsou zodpovězeny v průběhu výzkumu. Závěr této bakalářské práce bude obsahovat závěry a doporučení pro stavební firmy. My bachelor thesis deals with the topic of leadership and management of a construction company in Kazakhstan. In the theoretical part I defined the basic concepts and their definitions, which are closely related to construction and management. The practical part is based on 4 research questions that are answered during the research. The conclusion of this bachelor's thesis will contain conclusions and recommendations for construction companies.
