Práca je zameraná na nekonvenčné koncepcie spaľovacích motorov, teda na spaľovacie motory neobvyklých konštrukcií. Sú to motory, ktoré majú odlišné tvary spaľovacieho priestoru tvary hriadeľov a merných výkonov od konvenčných koncepcii. Práca opisuje nekonvenčné motory ako je Wankel a Nutating motor. Práca objasňuje konštrukciu, princíp činnosti výhody a nevýhody. Vzhľadom k stálemu zdokonaľovaniu konštrukcií týchto motorov majú perspektívu do budúcnosti aj v leteckom priemysle. The work is focused on unconventional concepts for internal combustion engines, namely, internal combustion engines of unusual structures. These are the engines that have different shapes of combustion chamber, shapes of shafts and specific output from the conventional concepts. This paper describes an unconventional engines as the Wankel engine and the Nutating engine. The work explains the construction, operating principle, advantages and disadvantages. Due to the continuous improvement of structures of these engines they have the future prospects in the aviation industry.
