Abstrakt Projekt řeší novostavbu samostatně stojícího rodinného domu určeného pro bydlení jednogenerační rodiny složené ze čtyř osob. Situovaného na téměř rovném pozemku, přístupného z místní obslužné komunikace. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží. Objektu je zastřešen vegetačními střechami a to nad části prvního podlaží. Střecha nad druhým podlažím je plochá s klasickým pořadí vrstev. Založení objektu je na základových pásech z prostého betonu. Nosný systém je ze stavebního systému Porotherm. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází kuchyně, obývací pokoj, spíž, jídelna, wc, koupelna, ložnice, pracovna, technická místnost. V druhém podlaží je hygienické zařízení a pokoje pro bydlení, pochozí zelená střecha. Abstract The project addresses the new build detached family house intended for single-family housing consisting of four persons. Situated on almost flat land, accessible from a local service road. The building has two floors. The building is covered with vegetation roofs and over parts of the first floor. The roof above the second floor is flat with the classical order of layers. The house is founded on footings of plain concrete. The grid system is building system Porotherm. On the first floor there is a kitchen, living room, pantry, dining room, toilet, bathroom, bedroom, study, utility room. The second floor has sanitary facilities and rooms for housing, walkable green roof.
