Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda trenéři v klubu využívají manažerské funkce v trenérské pozici. V práci jsou vymezeny pojmy související s manažerskými nástroji trenéra a jeho stěžejními vlastnostmi. Získané teoretické poznatky jsou v analytické části rozpracovány a zaměřeny na divizní fotbalový klub HFK Třebíč. Na základě uvedené teorie a získaných informací jsou navržena doporučení ke zvýšení kvality trenérské práce. The goal of this Bachelor´r thesis is to find out, if the coaches are using managerial functions in their coaching role. There are definitions of the terms related to coach´s management tools and their key qualities. The theoretical knowledges that I learnt are applied to divisional football club HFK Trebic. There are suggested recommendations for improving the quality of coach´s work in this thesis.
