Bakalářská práce se zabývá psychologickým aspektem práce ve složkách IZS, stresovými a rizikovými faktory těchto povolání, teorií náročných situací a mimořádných událostí a v neposlední řadě samotnou posttraumatickou stresovou poruchou a možností následné krizové intervence. The bachelor work deals with psychological aspects of working in Integrated rescue system, with stress related factors of these profession and with theories of difficult situations. Last but not least with posttraumatic stress disorder and possibility of crisis intervention.
