Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout lezeckou halu s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie umístěnou na malém brownfieldu v Brně-Králově poli. Práce je rozdělena do třech částí: První část představuje architektonický a statický návrh na úrovni dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Jedná se o čtyřpodlažní budovu obdélníkového půdorysu, plochou zelenou střechou a obvodovou stěnou z nerezových sendvičových panelů. Vnitřní prostor je rozdělen na lezeckou část, technické zázemí, šatny a wellness. Konstrukční systém je prefabrikovaný železobetonový skelet se střešní konstrukcí z masivních stěnových vazníků z LLD. V druhé části je představen návrh technických systémů budovy. Větrání a chlazení objektu zajišťují tři VZT jednotky. Vytápění rovněž zabezpečeno vzduchotechnikou a v části pro zaměstnance je doplněno radiátory. Teplo je dodáváno z místního horkovodu přes výměník tepla. V třetí částí byla CFD simulace aplikované na návrh a posouzení přirozeného a nuceného větrání v z hlediska tepelného komfortu, účinnosti větrání a stáří vzduchu. V rámci analýzy větrání bylo prokázáno, že nucené větrání přináší výrazné výhody v oblasti tepelného komfortu, kvality vzduchu a účinnosti výměny vzduchu v porovnání s přirozeným větráním. Projektová dokumentace byla zpracována v programu AutoCad. Simulace a analýza přirozené a nucené ventilace byla provedena v CFD programu DesignBuilder. The aim of this thesis is to design a climbing hall with nearly zero energy consumption located on a small brownfield at Brno-Královo pole. The thesis has three parts: The first part presents architectural and structural designs at the level of concept documentation for building permit application. It is a four-storey building with a rectangular plan, flat green roof and a external wall made of stainless steel sandwich panels. The internal space is divided into a climbing area, technical facilities, changing rooms and wellness area. The structural system is a precast reinforced concrete frame with a roof structure made of BSH solid wall trusses. In the second part the design of the technical systems of the building is presented. Ventilation and cooling of the building is provided by three ventilation units. Heating is provided by floor heating and radiators. The heat is supplied from a local district heating grid via a heat exchanger. In the third part, CFD simulations were applied to design and assess natural and forced ventilation in terms of thermal comfort, air change effectiveness, and age of air. Within the ventilation analysis, it was demonstrated that mechanical ventilation brings significant advantages in terms of thermal comfort, air quality, and air change effectiveness compared to natural ventilation. The project documentation was prepared in AutoCad software. Simulation and analysis of natural and forced ventilation was performed in CFD software DesignBuilder.
