Bakalářské práce je rozdělena do třech částí teoretické, výpočtové a projektové. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na systémy zpětného získávání tepla ve vzduchotechnice pomocí regeneračních výměníků. Výpočtová a projektová část se zabývá návrhem teplovzdušného větrání bytového domu. Objekt slouží pro trvalé bydlení a je koncipován do 13 funkčních celků. Návrh technického řešení je zpracován s ohledem na předepsané hygienické parametry vzduchu a tepelnou pohodu mikroklimatu dle platné legislativy ČR v roce 2015. Dále vytvořením ideálního mikroklimatu pro bydlení a zvýšení kvality života v objektu. The brachelor's dissertation is divided into three parts: theoretical, computational and design. The theoretical part is focused on heat recovery systems in air through regenerative heat exchangers. The calculation and project part deal with the design of air ventilation in flat house. The building is used for permanent housing and is divided into thirteen functional units. A technical solution is developer with regard to the statutory hygiene parameters of air and thermal comfort microclimate under applicable legislation of the Czech Republic in 2015. In addition, it will provide the ideal microclimate for housing and improve the quality of life in the building.
