Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studium difúze měďnatých iontů v huminovém gelu metodou difúzních cel. Náplní práce bylo zavedení metody difúzních cel do výzkumu transportu kovových iontů v huminových gelech a porovnání dosažených výsledků s předchozími difúzními experimenty. Hlavní výhodou této experimentální techniky byla automatizace celého měřícího procesu. This bachelor’s thesis is focussed on study of diffusion of cupric ions in humic gel by diffusion cells policy. The aim of this work was to introduce the diffusion cells to examination of transport metal ions in humic gels and to compare reached accomplishments with last diffusion’s experiments. The main advantage of this experimental technic was an automatization of all the gauging operation.
