Cílem této práce je procesní analýza stávajícího stavu informačního systému Helios Orange. Účelem je zmapovat procesy ve společnosti Nitto Denko Czech s.r.o. tak, aby výsledná analýza sloužila jako model reality pro návrhu migrace do nového informačního systému SAP/R3. Data zpracovávám pomocí metodiky modelování a analýzy podnikových procesů MMABP (Methodology for Modeling and Analysis of Business Process). Práce se zaměřuje především na popis konceptuální úrovně návrhu informačního systému. Další úrovně návrhu tato práce neřeší, jelikož technologický návrh a implementaci migrace bude zajišťovat externí společnost. Hlavním přínosem této práce je snížení časové náročnosti kladené na externí pracovníky při vytváření dokumentu Business Blueprint. Jedná se o výchozí dokument pro implementaci SAP. Dalším přínosem této práce je i zapojení se klíčových uživatelů informačního systému do procesu přípravy migrace. Tím je jim umožněno lépe se teoreticky i fakticky připravit na připravovanou změnu. The purpose of this thesis is the process analysis of the current state of Helios Orange IT system. The objective is to create a process map related to Nitto Denko Czech s.r.o., in order to use the final analysis as a model of actual situation, which will later serve as a proposal of migration into the new information system called SAP/R3. I have used the methodology of modeling and analysis company processes called MMABP (Methodology for Modeling and Analysis of Business Process). This thesis mainly focused on the description of the conceptual level of a proposal for a new IT system, it does not deal with other levels of the proposal due to the fact that technological and implementation areas will be covered by an external company. The main contribution of my work lies in the reduction of time required for the creation of the Business Blueprint document by external company staff (i.e. creation of output necessary for SAP implementation). Furthermore, this project enables key users of the information system to participate in the preparation process related to the system migration, which makes it possible to prepare theoretically and practically to scheduled changes of system.
