Obsahem práce je financování developerských projektů. V práci je z poskytnutých materiálů k projektu výstavby zpracován popis a analýza současného financování, které si společnost zvolila a je srovnán s dalšími dvěma nabídkami bankovních ústavů, které se již delší dobu zabývají financováním podobných projektů. Samotná analýza financování projektu by měla především podat obraz o postupu a systému financování developerských projektů na českém trhu. Within the body of work is an description and analysis of the method of financing choosen by a given company. Also included is a comparison to two other offers for financing the project from other banking institutions, which amongst them have comparative track records in this type of field. The analysis should provide the reader with a clear understanding into the process of financing development projects.
