V této bakalářské práci budu hovořit o společnosti RONJA, s.r.o. a na základě finanční analýzy navrhnu podnikatelský plán a budoucí strategii této firmy. V teoretické části této práce budou definovány základní pojmy, včetně definice podnikatelského záměru a jeho struktury. V praktické části dojde k navržení podnikatelského plánu a budoucí strategie analyzované firmy. In my bachelor thesis I’m goint to designe a Bussines plan for the company RONJA, s.r.o. My eleborate will be based on the financial analysis. The theoretical part will define the basic concepts including business plan and its structure. The practical part will contrive suggestions and future plans for a new business plan and strategy of the firm.
