Cílem této bakalářské práce je konstrukce a výroba zpětného zrcátka do automobilu. S ohledem na požadovanou funkci a vlastnost byla zvolena technologie Rapid Prototyping – metoda Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). První část práce je věnována přehledu používaných materiálů a popisu výroby pomocí metody FDM. V druhé části je popsán návrh 3D modelu zpětného zrcátka a proces jeho výroby. Závěr práce zahrnuje ekonomické zhodnocení nákladů na výrobu prototypu. The goal of my bachelor thesis lies in designing and constructing a car rear-view mirror. Considering the requested function and properties, I have decided to use the Rapid Prototyping technology – the Fused Deposition Modelling method. First part of my thesis consists the FDM method introduction and the list of materials needed. The second part covers the 3D model design and his its production. The conclusion of the thesis shows the economical evaluation of my creation.
