Tato práce se zabývá řešením zpětné vazby pro aktivní protézy s cílem se co nejvíce přiblížit biologickému somatosenzorickému systému, a zároveň, co nejméně omezovat pacienta a aby poskytovala co nejvíce užitečných informací o doteku. S ohledem na tyto faktory je navržen systém pro detekci sil působících na končetinu a následné předání tohoto signálu uživateli končetiny. Tento systém je navržen přímo pro již sestrojenou protézu vyrobenou Ing. Štěpánem Brázdilem v rámci diplomové práce z roku 2020. V práci je popsána biologická zpětná vazba, na níž jsou všechny náhradní a umělé zpětné vazby založeny. Tato práce také popisuje právě náhradní a umělé zpětné vazby a pokouší se najít způsob, jak biologickou zpětnou vazbu více či méně nahradit. This thesis deals with the solution for feedback of active prostheses to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the biological somatosensory system, and at the same time to prevent any limitations to the patient and provide the patient with as much useful information about the sensual touch as possible. With regard to these factors, the system for the detection of forces acting on the limb and the subsequent transmission of this signal to the user´s limb is proposed. This system is designed particularly for an already constructed prosthesis manufactured by Ing. Štěpán Brázdil within the diploma thesis from 2020. The thesis describes the biological response, on which all substitutive and artificial responses are based on. The thesis then further describes these substitutive and artificial responses and aims to find solution, how the biological response can be more or less replaced.
