Abstract: This bachelor thesis studies the fundamental characteristics of biological and genetic diversity of two different isolates of Cryptosporidium mouse genotype I obtained during the field trapping of Mus musculus musculus and domesticus in the Czech Republic and Germany. The study deals with the morphometry of exogenous stages, the course of infection and pathological effects in the digestive tract of selected rodent host organisms.
