Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zdanění příjmů fyzických osob z kapitálového majetku. Bakalářská práce se zabývá platnou legislativou v České republice a ve vybraných státech Evropské unie. Součástí práce je také srovnání systémů zdaňování těchto států. V praktické části práce jsou pak tyto teoretické poznatky demonstrovány na modelových příkladech. The Bachelor’s thesis is focused on taxation on personal incomes from capital property. It deals with the valid legislation in the Czech Republic and in selected countries of the European Union. The Bachelor’s thesis also involves a comparison between the taxation systems used in these countries. The theoretical knowledge is demonstrated on illustrative examples in the practical part of the Bachelor’s thesis.
