Předmětem této práce je analýza a následná optimalizace zdanění podnikajícího studenta v České republice. Teoretická část je věnována informacím o podnikání formou osoby samostatně výdělečně činné, sociálnímu a zdravotnímu pojištění a samozřejmě dani z příjmů fyzických osob. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou daňových odvodů podnikatele Petra Krejčího a návrhů možností, jak tyto odvody minimalizovat. The aim of this thesis is the analysis and subsequent optimization of taxation of student entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is devoted to information on business as a self-employed, the social and health insurance and of course taxes on personal income. The practical part deals with the analysis of tax deductions of an entrepreneur Petr Krejci and proposes options to minimize these contributions.
