Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou mechanických veličín vzoriek kortikálnej kosti v stave simulujúcom úbytok kolagénnej zložky tkaniva. Skúmaná je citlivosť zvolených veličín na deproteinizáciu. Problém sa riešil experimentálne. Z prasacích stehenných kostí boli pripravené vzorky, ktoré boli podrobené meraniam vo fyziologickom a následne v deproteinizovanom stave. Na základe vykonaných analýz bola zistená najväčšia zmena u modulu pružnosti kosti a pomerného útlmu.
The Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of mechanical properties of cortical bone in a state simulating the decrease of collagenous tissue component. Sensitivity of the selected properties on deproteinization is examined. The problem was solved experimentally. Samples of porcine femur were prepared and then subjected to measurements in physiological and subsequently in deproteinized state. On the basis of performed analyses, the most significant change was found to be in the elastic modulus and damping ratio.
