Předmětem bakalářské práce je projekt samostatně stojícího, pětipodlažního bytového domu situovaného na nám. 3. května, v samém centru města Otrokovic. Objekt má jedno podzemní podlaží s hromadnými garážemi a technickým zázemím a čtyři nadzemní podlaží, kde je navrženo 21 bytových jednotek. V 1.NP jsou navrženy prodejny se zázemím. U těchto prodejen není přesně specifikován sortiment. Nachází se zde taky úklidová místnost a společná kočárkárna s kolárnou. Bytový dům je navržen jako železobetonový monolitický skelet s nosnými sloupy a vodorovnými konstrukcemi. Spodní stavba je navržena na pilotách, základových patkách a základových pasech z ŽB betonu. Nosná konstrukce podzemního podlaží je kombinace železobetonového vnitřního skeletu se sloupy stojící na základové patce a ŽB obvodových nosných stěn o tloušťce 300 mm. Obvodové stěny v nadzemních podlaží jsou vyzděné z cihel Porotherm 30 Profi na systémovou tenkovrstvou maltu. Obvodové stěny jsou zatepleny – navržen kontaktní zateplovací systém s tepelně izolační vrstvou tl. 120 mm. Na obvodových stěnách se nachází ztužující trám, ztužidlo. Vnitřní schodiště jsou navržena jako monolitická ŽB. Překlady budou porothermové nebo ŽB. Stropy jsou monolitické železobetonové o tloušťce 250 mm, s průvlaky o průřezu 650x400 650x300 nebo 650x500 mm. Balkónové desky jsou vyloženy přes ISO nosníky. Schodiště je železobetonové monolitické. Okna a venkovní dveře budou plastové. Střecha je plochá se zateplením polystyrénovými deskami a krytinou fatrafol. Zdrojem tepla pro vytápění a ohřev TUV je výměník připojený k primárnímu okruhu hradeckého horkovodu. Napojení na požadované sítě veřejné infrastruktury je možno realizovat v bezprostřední blízkosti objektu
The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the project of a detached, five-storey apartment building situated on us. May 3, in the very center of Otrokovice. The load-bearing structure of the underground floor is a combination of a reinforced concrete inner skeleton with columns standing on the base and reinforced concrete perimeter load-bearing walls with a thickness of 300 mm. The perimeter walls on the upper floors are lined with Porotherm 30 Profi bricks on a system thin-layer mortar. The perimeter walls are insulated - a contact thermal insulation system with a thermal insulation layer of th. 120 mm. On the perimeter walls there is a reinforcing beam, stiffener. The internal staircases are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The translations will be porothermic or reinforced. The ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 250 mm, with girders with a cross section of 650x400 650x300 or 650x500 mm. Balcony boards are lined over ISO beams. The staircase is a reinforced concrete monolithic. Windows and exterior doors will be plastic. The roof is flat with polystyrene insulation and fatrafol roofing.
