Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zdravotně technické a plynovodní instalace v bytovém domě s provozovnou. Jde o budovu se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími. Provozovna se nachází v prvním nadzemním podlažím a v dalších třech se nachází bytové jednotky. Teoretická část je zaměřena na akumulační nádrže a využití dešťových vod. Výpočtová část a projekt obsahují návrh oddílné kanalizace, vodovodu a plynovodu. The bachelor's thesis is focused on sanitary and gas installations in an apartment building with an office. It is a building with four floors. The business is located on the first floor and the other three are housing units. The theoretical part is focused on storage tanks and the use of rainwater. The calculation part and the project contain a proposal for a separate sewerage, water supply and gas pipeline.
