Tato bakalářská práce byla vytvořena ve spolupráci s firmo MPS Gradior. Práce se zabývá návrhem a analýzou jedno třmenného závěsu s nenormalizovanými rozměry pro potrubí s označením DN 1400. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření návrhu závěsu na základě předchozí literární rešerše a následná pevnostní analýza pod statickým silovým zatížením za pomocí metody konečných prvků za použití softwaru ANSYS. Po ověření funkčnosti a bezpečnosti navrhovaného modelu byla vytvořena detailní výkresová dokumentace, která sloužila jako podklad pro výrobu prototypového dílu. This bachelor thesis was created in cooperation with MPS Gradior. The thesis deals with the design and analysis of one-dimensional hanger with non-normalized dimensions for DN 1400 pipes. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to create a design of non-standardized pipe hanger based on the previous background research. The subsequent strength analysis under static force loading was performed using the finite element method with help of the ANSYS software. After verification of the functionality and the security of the proposed model, detailed drawing documentations have been developed to serve as the basis for a production of the prototype part.
