Téma bakalářské práce je novostavba bytového domu. Objekt je určen pouze pro bydlení. Je situován na mírně svažité parcele. Stavba má tři nadzemní podlaží a je celá podsklepená. Budova je navržena ze systému Porotherm. Stropní konstrukce je provedena z betonových předepjatých panelů Spiroll. Konstrukce střechy je řešena jako plochá jednoplášťová. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is a new apartment building. The building is designed only for living. It is situated on a slightly sloping to flat plot. The building has three floors and basement. The building is designed from the Porotherm system. The ceiling structure is made of concreted prestressed Spiroll panels. The roof construction is designed as a flat single-skin roof.
