Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace provádění stavby administrativní budovy. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící budova se třemi nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím. V podzemním podlaží se nachází hromadná garáž a v nadzemních podlažích jsou kancelářské prostory. Konstrukční systém objektu je železobetonový monolitický skelet. Střecha objektu je plochá. The purpose of this diploma thesis is the processing of the project documentation of office building. The object is designed as a detached building with three floors and with one basement. A collective garage is situated in the basement and office spaces are situated on the floors. The structural system of the building is reinforced concrete skeleton. The roof of the building is flat.
