Diplomová práce je zaměřena na logistickou koncepci ve vybraném podniku, který se zabývá výrobou klimatizací. Teoretická část objasňuje základní pojmy a danou problematiku, která se týká logistiky, materiálových toků, skladování a zásob. V praktické části je představena společnost, provedeny jednotlivé analýzy a vytvoření výzkumu. Na základě této analytické části jsou vyvozeny návrhy pro optimalizaci a změny v logistické oblasti, které pomohou zlepšit průběh řízení distribuce, ale i skladování ve vybraném výrobním podniku. The diploma thesis is focused on the logistics concept in a selected company, which deals with the production of air conditioners. The theoretical part clarifies the basic concepts and issues related to logistics, material flows, warehousing, and inventory. The practical part introduces the company, performer individual analyzes and created research. Based on this analytical part, proposals are derived for optimization and changes in the logistics area, which will help improve the management of distribution, but also warehousing in a selected manufacturing company.
