Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analyzování obecných postupů odhadce nebo znalce při oceňování nemovitostí pro úvěrové účely banky. Tuzemské banky pro své účely vyžadují odhad ceny obvyklé. Dle zjištěných postupů byl proveden odhad ceny obvyklé administrativní budovy, nacházející se ve statutárním městě Havířov. Ke stanovení ceny obvyklé byly použity tři metody - metoda nákladová neboli metoda věcné hodnoty, porovnávací metoda a výnosová metoda. The thesis is focused on analyzing the general practice appraiser or expert in the valuation of property for purposes of bank. Domestic banks for their own purposes require an estimate of a normal price. According to established procedures were estimated normal price of administrative building, located in the statutory city Havirov. To determine a normal price has been used three methods - cost method or material value, the comparison method and the yield method.
