Snímače používané v technické praxi jsou děleny do různých skupin. Jednou z nich jsou aktivní snímače, do kterých patří indukční, fotoelektrické, termoelektrické, pyroelektrické a piezoelektrické. Na základě literární studie jsou prvně uvedeny základní pojmy týkajících se obecných vlastností snímačů, jejich zařazení v měřícím procesu a poté popisuje jejich základní rozdělení, jednotlivé principy funkce, závislosti a charakteristiky, konkrétní příklady použití v technologické praxi a v neposlední řadě jejich výhody a nevýhody. Sensors used in engineering are divided into different kind of groups. One of them are an active sensors, which include inductive, photoelectric, thermoelectric, pyroelectric and piezoelectric. Based on literary study there are introduced, on the first place, the basic concepts related to the general characteristics of sensors, their inclusion in the measuring process and then describes the basic division, each operating principles, dependence and characteristics, specific examples of the applications in technological process and finally their advantages and disadvantages.
