Cílem této diplomové práce je vyhodnotit efektivnost nasazení sil a prostředků všech základních složek integrovaného záchranného systému při řešení dopravní nehody. V práci se nachází vyhodnocení, zda může změna systému zefektivnit činnosti vedoucí k záchraně lidských životů, zdraví, majetku a ochraně životního prostředí či minimalizovat nežádoucí dopad vzniklý právě dopravní nehodou. V neposlední řadě je cílem vyhodnotit schopnosti záznamových zařízení využívaných u hasičského záchranného sboru, jako prostředků pro objasnění příčin dopravní nehody a jejich využití v soudním inženýrství. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the efficiency interventions in traffic accidents of the integrated rescue system. The thesis contains the evaluation if changing the system can improve the effectiveness of operations leading to save lives, health, property and the environment or minimize adverse impacts which are caused by an accident. The evaluation of the capability of recording devices to clarify the causes of traffic accident and their applications in the forensic engineering are also described.
