Předmětem této diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Jedná se o studentský dům, který se bude nacházet v městě Ostrava. Navrhovaný objekt je čtyř podlažní s částečným podsklepením. Podzemní podlaží bude z velké části sloužit jako technické zázemí. V prvním nadzemním podlaží jsou navrženy místnosti související s provozem ubytování – recepce, vrátnice, kanceláře, kolárna, ale jsou zde také provozy poskytující služby – kavárna, obchůdek, posilovna, copy centrum a zázemí jednotlivých provozů a hygienické místnosti. Obytné buňky jsou situovány do 2NP až 4NP. Celkem zde bude umístěno 39 obytných buněk – jednolůžkových a dvoulůžkových. Ubytování je navržené pro celkem 54 ubytovaných osob. Každá obytná buňka je navržena s vlastním hygienickým zařízením a kuchyňským koutem. Stavba je navržena jako zděný systém. Nosné zdivo v podzemním podlaží je tvořeno z dutinových tvarovek z prostého vibrolisovaného betonu tl. 300 mm. Obvodové zdivo a vnitřní nosné zdivo nadzemních podlažích tvoří keramické zdící tvarovky příčně děrované, typu Therm, tl. 300 mm. Střecha je navržena jako plochá, extenzivní zelená, se spádem 3 %.
The thesis is focused on elaboration of project documentation. The student house will be located in the city of Ostrava. The building has 4 above-ground floors with partial basement .The basement will for the most part serve as a technical facilities. On the first floor there will be rooms - reception, reception, office, bicycle room, café, small shop, gym, copy center, facilities and hygienic room. Residential units are located on 2 to 4 floors. There will be 26 residential units - single and double, total for 54 persons. Each residential cell has its own sanitary facilities and a kitchenette. The building is designed as a masonry system. The load-bearing masonry in the basement is from a lost formwork of 300 mm. external wall and internal supporting masonry of above-ground floors of clay masonry, Therm type, 300 mm. The warm flat roof is extensive, with a fall of 3%.
