Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je návrh dvoupodlažního nepodsklepeného rodinného domu se stomatologickou ordinací. Objekt se nachází v klidné části obce Dolní Lutyně s dobrou dostupností do okolních měst. Obytná část rodinného domu je navržena pro pobyt 4 osob. Přístup k objektu a do ordinace je bezbariérový. Před vstupem do ordinace je k dispozici 5 parkovacích míst, z nichž jedno je určeno pro osoby se sníženou schopností pohybu a orientace. Objekt je založen na základových pasech, které jsou pro dodržení nezámrzné hloubky vytaženy do potřebné úrovně tvarovkami ztraceného bednění. Obvodové stěny jsou z vápenopískových cihel tl. 200 mm s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem tl. 200 mm. Konstrukce stropu je řešena stropními panely Spiroll tl. 250 mm. Střecha je sedlová a její konstrukce je z dřevěných příhradových vazníků. Součástí projektu je seminární práce zaměřená na zhodnocení konstrukcí z hlediska tepelné techniky a akustiky. The subject of my thesis work is design of two storey basementless family house with dental surgery. The building is located in the quiet part of Lower Lutyne with good access to the surrounding towns. The residential part of the house is designed to stay four people. Access to the building and into the clinic is wheelchair accessible. Before entering the clinic there are 5 parking spaces, one of which is intended for people with reduced mobility. The building is based on the footings, which first part is from plain concrete and second is made from porous concrete blocks inserted into the frost resistant depts. External walls are made of sand-lime bricks 200 mm wide and with contact insulation system 200 mm wide. Ceiling structure is solved ceiling panels Spiroll 250 mm wide. The gabled roof is made of wood trusses. The project includes a seminary work focused on the evaluation of the structures in terms of thermal technology and acoustics.
