Bakalářská práce se zabývá racionalizací stávající technologie obrábění tělesa 14.037.270 na pětiosém CNC stroji HERMLE C20U s řídícím programem Heidenhain. Práce je zaměřena na racionalizaci výroby především otvorů dané součásti. V úvodu je uvedena technologie, která byla vytvořena firmou Elakov. Na základě rozboru stávající technologie výroby tělesa, byly zvoleny nové nástroje a navržena nová technologie výroby. Při zkompletování všech výsledků byla navržena efektivní a ekonomická varianta výroby. This thesis deals with the rationalization of the existing body of machining 14,037,270 for five-axis CNC machine HERMLE C20U with Heidenhain control program. The work is focused mainly on streamlining the production of holes in the part. In the introduction technology is developed, which was created by Elakov. Based on analysis of existing housing production technology, new tools have been selected and designed a new technology. By consolidating all of the results efficient and economical production alternative was designed.
