Tato práce pojednává o základních principech magnetické rezonance. Popisuje tento jev z pohledu kvantové mechaniky a z pohledu klasické fyziky. Oba dva přístupy se značně liší, ale ke kompletnímu popisu jevu je potřeba kombinace obou dvou. Hlavním těžištěm práce je rozbor jednotlivých měřících metod a jejich vzájemné srovnání. Konkrétně se jedná o Metodu spinového echa, Saturation – recovery technique, Inversion recovery – technique a Metodu gradientního echa. Obsahem tohoto dokumentu je teoretický popis jednotlivých zobrazovacích technik a zpracování obrazů získaných jejich praktickou aplikací. This thesis deals with basic principles of magnetic resonance. It describes this phenomenon from the point of view of quantum mechanics and classic physics. Both approaches differ considerably, however, it is necessary to combine both to describe the phenomenon. The main focus of the thesis is analysis of individual measuring methods and their mutual comparison. The methods described are Spin-Echo Method, Saturation Recovery Technique, Inversion Recovery Technique and Grandient-Echo Method. This document contains a theoretical description of imaging techniques and processing of pictures gained by practical application of the methods.
