Diplomová práce „Bytový dům“ je zpracována ve formě projektové dokumentace. Jedná se o pětipatrovou budovu, která je nepodsklepená rozdělená do dvou sekcí. Nosná konstrukce stavby je monolitický skelet s výplňovým zdivem. Budova se nachází v mírně svažitém terénu. Celá budova je zastřešena plochou střechou. Jednotlivé bytové jednotky jsou umístěny ve druhém, třetím, čtvrtém a pátém nadzemním podlaží. V prvním nadzemním podlaží jsou umístěny dvě hromadné garáže, skladovací prostory, technická místnost a vstupy do objektu. Součásti bakalářské práce jsou specializace v oboru TZB a betonových konstrukcí. Diploma thesis "Residential building" is handleded in the form project documentation. It is a five-story building, the basement. The building is divided into two sections. The supporting structure of the building is monolithic frame with masonry infill. The building is located in a slightly sloping terrain. The entire building is covered by a flat roof. Individual residential units are located in the second, third, fourth and fifth floors. On the first floor there are two multiple garages, storage rooms, utility room and entrance tickets. Parts thesis are specialist in TZB and concrete structures.
