Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti Lázně Poděbrady, a.s. v letech 2010 – 2012. V teoretické části je popsána problematika měření výkonnosti podniku a v praktické části je provedeno hodnocení výkonnosti vybrané společnosti. V závěrečné části práce jsou uvedeny vhodné návrhy vedoucí k zabezpečení trvalé výkonnosti podniku. This master´s thesis is focused on the evalution of company Lázně Poděbrady, a.s. in years 2010 – 2012. The theoretical part describes an issue of company performance measurement and the practical part contains evaluating the performance the chosen company. The last part includes suitable suggestions to ensure the continued performance of the company.
