Krize ve stavebnictví v letech 2008 až 2010 měla velký vliv na realizaci a dokončení již započatých developerských projektů. Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zaměřil na tuto problematiku z pohledu firem, které realizovaly v těchto letech developerské projekty. Zpracoval jsem počáteční finanční analýzu pro vyhodnocení „finančního zdraví“ firmy a poté jsem porovnával dva developerské projekty, jeden uskutečněný před hospodářskou krizí a druhý, který se realizoval v době hospodářské krize. The crisis in the construction industry in the years 2008 to 2010 had a great impact on the implementation and completion of already initiated development projects. In my diploma thesis I have focused on this problem from the perspective of companies that implemented development projects in mentioned years. I processed the initial financial analysis to evaluate the "financial health" of the company, and then I compared the two development projects, one realized before the economic crisis, and the second, which was implemented during the economic crisis.
