Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje celkovou analýzu firmy Pegas NONWOVENS. Práce se zabývá analýzami SWOT a SLEPTE, Porterovým pětifaktorovým modelem, Kralickovým Quick testem a vybranými ukazateli finanční analýzy. Na základě zpracování těchto analýz jsou navržena doporučení, která by mohla zlepšit situaci firmy. This bachelor´s thesis includes complete analysis of the company Pegas NONWOVENS. The thesis deals with analyses of SWOT and SLEPTE, Porter´s five forces model, Kralicek´s Quick test and chosen indexes of finance analysis. Some suggested recommendations, which could improve the situation of the company, have been processed on the basis of these analyses.
