Bakalárska práca je návrhom ďalšej stratégie pre rozvoj firmy Tilia, ktorá sa zaoberá výrobou kozmetických produktov. Východiskom pre návrh je rozbor súčasnej situácie podniku a analýza okolia podniku. Práca je rozdelená na tri časti, pričom prvá je venovaná teoretickému pozadiu podnikovej stratégie a strategickej analýzy, druhá časť sa venuje analýze súčasného stavu skúmanej firmy a tretia časť ponúka vlastný návrh možností a postupov, ktoré môže firma použiť s cieľom svojho ďalšieho vývoja. The bachelor´s thesis serves as a proposal of a strategy for company´s further development. The company´s main business activity is production of cosmetic products. The starting point for this thesis is analysis of actual situation of the company and its processes. The thesis has three parts while the first one is theoretical and deals with the question of strategy proposal and strategic analysis, in the second part there is an analysis of the current condition of a company and the third part offers a practical suggestion of company´s options and steps it can take in order to achieve further development.
