Tématem této práce je průzkum sesuvného území, stabilizace sesuvu, návrh zajištění podloží a výstavba obytné budovy v Brně Bystrci. Pozornost bude věnována stabilitě svahů a především návrhu výstavby čtyřpodlažní obytné budovy. The subject of my thesis is the exploration the landslide, landslide stabilization, design foundation and construct buildings in Brno Bystrc. Attention will be given to slopes safety factor and especially to design four-floor building construction.
