Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy a vymezení pracovněprávních vztahů. Dále také účtování mezd, ekonomické aspekty a daňové dopady zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením na zaměstnavatele. Analytická část je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením u zaměstnavatele. V závěrečné části jsou již konkrétní návrhy řešení pro zaměstnavatele. The Bachelor thesis deals with the issue on employment of people with disabilities. The theoretical part contains the basic concepts and definition of industrial relations. Also, payroll accounting, economic aspects and the tax impacts on employment of people with disabilities to employers. The analytical part is focused on the analysis of the current state of employment of people with disabilities for the employer. In the final part there are already concrete proposals for solutions for the employers.
