Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace knihovny a volnočasového centra ve Slavkově u Brna, okres Vyškov, Jihomoravský kraj. Projekt je rozdělen na tři části. První část se zaměřuje na vypracování projektové dokumentace. Objekt bude o dvou nadzemních podlažích a zastřešení bude provedeno jako plochá střecha. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se bude nacházet volnočasové centrum a v druhém nadzemním podlaží je navržena veřejná knihovna. Nosné zdivo bude realizováno z pórobetonových tvárnic, na kterých budou uloženy monolitické železobetonové stropy. Fasáda bude řešena jako provětrávaná. Budova disponuje výtahem a železobetonovým schodištěm. Druhá část diplomové práce se zabývá návrhem technických zařízení budovy. Budova využívá nucené větrání. Vytápění a ohřev teplé vody v budově zajišťují tepelná čerpadla. Elektrickou energii částečně zajišťuje fotovoltaická elektrárna. Dešťová voda je efektivně využívána pro zavlažování. Třetí část diplomové práce je zaměřená na hodnocení budovy z hlediska metody multikriteriální analýzy. Pro toto hodnocení je použita národní metodika SBToolCZ. The main goal of this Master’s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a library and leisure centre in Slavkov u Brna. The project is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on architectural and structural design. The building will have two floors and a flat roof. The leisure centre will be located on the first floor and the public library on the second floor. The load-bearing walls will be made of aerated concrete blocks. The floor and roof structures will be made of reinforced concrete. The facade will be designed as ventilated. The second part of the thesis is focused with the design of selected building services: HVAC, rainwater management, lighting and photovoltaics. The building will be mechanically ventilated. Space and domestic hot water heating will be provided by heat pumps (air / water). Rainwater will be collected and used for irrigation. Electricity consumption will be partly covered by a photovoltaic power plant from the flat roof. The third part of the thesis is focused on the evaluation of the building in terms of the multicriteria analysis method. For this evaluation the national methodology SBToolCZ is used.
